Konstantin was a gem of a person who not only got me exactly where I wanted to be with my hair, while being super communicative of realistic results and expectations, but also gave me great suggestions and advice for haircare in the future. And I left feeling super beautiful! He was hilarious as well, and I had an overall wonderful experience!!

I've been on my hair growth journey for 4 years now and i've been scared to death to get my hair cut other than trims, when i finally got the courage to get some face framing Konstantin was by far my best choice/person for me to have gone to! Knowledgeable very patient and great at his job! we definitely need more hair stylist that give as much as he does to his clients!

My hair has never looked this healthy!
Sofia transformed my hair from being dull and over processed, to being vibrant and healthy looking. She incorporated highlights and lowlights and this added beautiful dimension and movement. It’s the natural look I was going for. She made me feel comfortable and listened attentively to what I wanted. I felt like I was in a luxurious setting with high quality service. Such a treat. Emmanuelle did my hair today! She is a kind and very sweet artist! This is hands down the best blonde colour and haircut I've ever had. The whole experience was amazing! I felt pampered, listened to and cared for. If I could give more stars I would!

Consistently good. All staff are lovely, welcoming and easy to talk to. Great (free) parking and shop dog Atlas is always ready for a visit.
Sophia has done my hair for years and does a great job. Highly recommend.

This deserves zero stars. My stylist was very nice but completely ruined my hair. The way she communicated with me about the outcome of my hair, I left with the opposite. My hair looked as though I just got out of bed when she “styled” my hair. I showed up expecting to leave with bright long blonde hair. I left with uneven layers, not the tone of blonde I showed her as inspiration, way less hair than she told me she was cutting off, fried dead curly hair (when i paid for a metal detox that was supposed to leave my curls healthy and shiny), and a stripey “shadow root” that looks unnatural. My hair is now fried and feels dead. My curls don’t curl the same AT ALL and i’m extremely disappointed. After speaking with the manager for a refund I’m leaving with 50$ after paying 355$. Extremely disappointing.

5 Star experience across the board. Aesthetically very pleasing, friendly & professional service, very cute dog to boot. What takes the already very lovely experience to a 5 was my stylist Konstantin, the consultation exceeded my expectations as far as care about my needs and considerations for my hair health. With over a decade of experience it was easy to trust the recommendations made and appreciated greatly the honesty in achieving the hair goals I stepped in the door with, leaving me with realistic expectations. Most importantly I stepped out of Lustre of Pearl with healthier feeling, happier hair because of it. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Both to have my hair handled by such a professional and to enjoy the laughter and welcoming atmosphere Konstantin fostered.
