I was quite anxious to get them done, but Victory talked me through the whole process and helped me know exactly what to expect, which was very calming. The procedure itself was quick, and I felt safe in Victory’s hands, as it is clear that they are knowledgeable about what they do. The place is clean, sanitary, and all staff are extremely friendly. “I never wear jewelry but I will now!My husband gave me some $ to go buy a necklace since I wanted something to represent our 21 year anniversary + 1 year being married AND also with it being Mother's Day weekend. After doing some Google searches and not knowing anything about jewelry I ended up at people's in Mayfair mall. Feeling very overwhelmed I didn't feel like they had what I had envisioned. The guy actually pointed me across the way to Flux and Stone Jewelry. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by 2 of the sweetest young women. What truly stood out, was how they interacted with my 8 year old daughter. They treated her with such kindness and compassion and like she was one of their best girlfriends. Not only did I instantly fall in love with a necklace their exceptional customer service sets them apart and they both did it so organically and effortlessly.
