The space and energy in the studio was fun and child friendly, with snacks and toys and colouring pages to distract her. “So many beautiful pieces of jewellery to choose from for all budgets. I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings and bracelet to match before we boarded our cruise ship. I have now decided that I also must have a matching necklace too. I am going to leave husband with all our cases and walk the short distance from the port to Artina's before we head home to Scotland. I had people on cruise ship stop and ask me where I had purchased my earrings and bracelet as they were stunning and different, but not in an over the top sparkly way. I am so delighted with my purchase as a momento of our trip to Canada and Alaska.”

Prices are reasonable, I feel, compare to buying brand new. And they stand behind their sold product and fixed them free of charge for me, if anything broke. This is my go to place for jewelry in town.
Running a business is expensive in Victoria and the costs are pretty steep for rents and vages.
There are quite a few people working in there. Those who complain about prices don't understand what it takes to run a small business in town.”

“After getting a family heirloom vintage piece of jewelry cleaned and repaired (stone reset) here, I had questions that Rafal, the owner, took much time to patiently answer, and to explain details about the piece, its history, and the materials used, which he showed me through his microscope and making sketches to clarify. “I was looking for size 4.5 ring. I found one in Ann-Louise Jewellers but they don't have it in the store. I was told it takes 3 weeks to receive the ring after I ordered. However, Shardah, the assist manager, helped me ordering the ring and rushed to get it within a week as I need it for a wdding gift. I am very happy with the service. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Shardah is exceptional with her customers service skills. I would definitely buy my jewelry in the Ann-Louis again.”
“I was at the Mayfair store this morning to look at a bracelet. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling staff person, I think her name is Jonahlee. When I went to pay for it she had to call the manager, Rose, over for something. Rose complimented me on my wedding ring set, offered to clean my rings, and chose a beautiful diamond chip band from a case showing me how great it would look with my rings. It did, but I wasn’t in the market for that today…haha! There was no sales pressure at all and I ended up having a great conversation with Rose.
Both women were professional and friendly, and I would definitely return to this store for jewelry purchases in the future.”
