“I just visited the Grohovac shop because of a beater head malfunction. I did not even have to explain the problem. A piece of plastic/candy was jammed in the rotor and easily removed. The head works fine. No charge. We have two installed Grohovac systems; one in town and the other at the lake. We are very pleased with the systems which have been functioning well for 12 and 16 years respectively. Thank you Grohovac for the systems and the service. Gary”

I really wanna appreciate Derek's customer service as he was so patient to explain each everything clearly and also wrote down everything for me whereas it was just the opposite I experienced from another employee when I first went there to get a phone.
