“I had an ICBC repair. CSN made everything smooth and easy. I basically just have them the claim number, and they took care of everything else, including seeing up the rental car and having them waiting for me when I dropped off my car.
During the repair, they kept me up-to-date with the status of parts being ordered, expected completion time etc ... communication was on point!
I had never had to deal with a body shop in the past, so I really didn't know what to expect. They made everything easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need to!”

I was able to get an appointment in the following few weeks after my initial inquiry. They kept me informed the entire time, and stayed on schedule! “After my accident, I called around to see what shops were available. Not only was Boyd the most available (2 weeks for appointment and then 2 weeks later to drop it off) ….but it was a super fast turnaround (3 days for my quarter panel repair) with quality work. The enterprise car rental desk inside Boyd was also very helpful to make getting in and out easy!.A nice plus was that they cleaned my carpets (shampooed think) it was great because it was unexpected!! No complaints whatsoever and the staff were nice. Thanks gang!”
