“Mike and his crew were friendly and very efficient. They know what they're doing.
Mike Moore went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my Leer canopy. Several canopies were ordered and returned because they did not meet his, or my standards. He never hesitated to go back to the manufacturer and get a satisfactory replacement.
I can not remember ever having this level of service. Although the price was good, I would recommend Hornby's for the service alone.

They took care of the arrangements with the rental vehicle company and coordinating work with Nissan and insurance. “I had an ICBC repair. CSN made everything smooth and easy. I basically just have them the claim number, and they took care of everything else, including seeing up the rental car and having them waiting for me when I dropped off my car.
During the repair, they kept me up-to-date with the status of parts being ordered, expected completion time etc ... communication was on point!
I had never had to deal with a body shop in the past, so I really didn't know what to expect. They made everything easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need to!”

After I discovering the leak, Corey took care of my problem by ordering new parts to replace what was accidentally damaged. She was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and somehow managed to answer all my "just one more question" inquiries without breaking a sweat! Margot is the Jedi Master of car sales, and I couldn’t be happier with my new ride.

“After my accident, I called around to see what shops were available. Not only was Boyd the most available (2 weeks for appointment and then 2 weeks later to drop it off) ….but it was a super fast turnaround (3 days for my quarter panel repair) with quality work. The enterprise car rental desk inside Boyd was also very helpful to make getting in and out easy!.A nice plus was that they cleaned my carpets (shampooed think) it was great because it was unexpected!! No complaints whatsoever and the staff were nice. Thanks gang!”
