Was in line and the customer 2 ahead of me forgot his bags so he grabbed a box off the floor to pack his food. The cashier told him the cardboard box was not free and he was going to be charged. No one in line could believe he was being charged for an old used cardboard box. What incredibly poor customer service. Shame on you…

Very friendly staff!! I am a cooking instructor and I slam them with multiple big orders a week, and they always fill it on time and with adequate substitutions if needed. Very helpful and reliable

Just stood in line in the express lane. All of us had only a few items. Clerk took five minutes wrapping flowers for a customer. We all could have gone through other lanes faster. ?

Whoever decided that you should put the identification of your "Saveonfoods kitchen" BBQ chicken on the bottom of the container should give their head a shake! Pure stupidity!!
I bought one today at the Winfield store. It was different than the normal BBQ chicken. It was the 'Nashville Honey Hot'. When I got home, I told my wife I had a new BBQ chicken. I then held it up over my head to read the label , the handle broke, the container fell on the counter spraying grease over the counter, over the floor and over me.
Maybe it's my fault though. i could have slid it to the edge of the counter, got down on my 81 year old knees, and tried to bend my head back far enough to be able to read it. Or I should have decided in the store to ignore anything so poorly packaged!

ps - It cost $2.00 more than the regular BBQ chicken, and for that $2.00 I got a bit of pepper on the skin of the bird. Definitely a poor buy.

Love it, the staff were very happy to be there. They knew their products and helpfull. The store was clean, wish they had these in this end of the country.
