“The Winfield I.D.A. is more than just a pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists are all amazing and treat the customers like family. I have received phone calls let me know that they had been sent a prescription from my family doctor and that it was filled and waiting for me. They are always available to answer all of my questions and offer excellent suggestions and advice both over the phone, as well as in person. When they found out I was scheduled for surgery, one of the pharmacists let me know that they could provide an ice therapy machine for me to rent during my recovery. Along with all of the usual items you'd find in a pharmacy, this I.D.A. also has a nice selection of gifts, toys, games, clothing, plants and greeting cards. This has saved me countless times when I've accidentally forgotten a holiday or birthday. There's a Canada Post Office in the store as well. Amy is fantastic! She's very organized and efficient. She's always ready to help and will find the best shipping options for all my mail and parcels. This location also provides mailbox rentals which has been very helpful as well.
