My brother in law’s vehicle broke down shortly before he had to catch a ferry. Frank’s first question when we phoned him was, “When exactly does your ferry leave?” We told him the departure time and the problem and he said he could do it. He did it. He pointed out that there was something else that needed attention. He fixed that. His price was fair. My brother in law had time for coffee before catching the ferry.

We moved to Ladysmith just over two years ago. Right after we moved in we needed an urgent small repair on our car. Even though they were swamped, Frank Laird Auto took our car in and fixed it that day! We were delighted. We've since had our car in for a full service as well as another small repair and both times the team has been friendly and professional. They seem very well priced and get the job done fast. I recommend them.

Made am appointment the week before for my vehicle. Upon arrival I told them I could not leave over night. At 4pm I called asking status..in which the vehicle hadn't even been started to be looked at. This was very disappointing. I have a toddler and work full-time.. had to arrange for all day care all day just to bring my vehicle for nothing.

If the customer service is anything like the death stares I just got from the lady driving the blue 4 door jimmy/ blazer for trying to be helpful and tell her a parking lot was full, I wouldn't take my weedeater there for service. I wish I had a picture of her gawking at me like I was the biggest scum she'd ever seen on the face of the earth. Great impressions from a company vehicle.

We stopped by because we had an issue with the plate form for our bikes on the RV, I hit it 2 days before and it was badly bend. They could help us directly because they had some free time and they did an amazing job. That was a rental RV so I was pretty worried but after they worked on the bike rack you could barely see something had happened. Thank you so much for your work, you did it perfectly!! :))
