My engine light came on as I was on my way to Victoria for work. They gave me one of their shop cars to use to get to my job in Victoria! I am so grateful and My car is running great now. Made a very stressful situation for me become a slight inconvenience. Thank you ! Highly recommend them. Great team very knowledgeable and fair pricing!

My vehicle broke down a couple blocks from their shop and a few minutes before they were closing. I would have been stranded but because of the kindness of the team at Aaras auto, not only did they stay open for me, they diagnosed the problem which could only be fixed the next day. They lent me their vehicle to get home to the westcoast. I highly recommend this auto shop. They are honest, reliable and caring individuals. Thank you for helping a gal in distress.

I happened on Aaras by fluke with serious car trouble on the highway, hours from home. Neel and his team were busy but made time for me first for the diagnostic then the repair. He solved a tough problem at a reasonable price, much better than it could have been. Serious knowledge, kindness and integrity. Maybe the best experience ever with a garage. Thanks Neel & your crew.

Absolutely exceptional service from Aaras Auto! When our vehicle broke down unexpectedly in Ladysmith on our way up island, they went above and beyond to get us back on the road swiftly. Not only did they source the necessary part overnight, but they also provided a free tow and even lent us a car at no extra cost. Did brakes on my Daughter’s car was efficient, straight forward and honest. Provided 3 options on parts and we went with the good brakes not the highest end. The car has been driven now for a year and it is working well. It was a pleasure to deal with this shop.

I have known Neel for roughly 20 years now. I am disappointed that he has moved away from the Lower Mainland as he has been the most reliable and trustworthy mechanic I have ever dealt with. I bought and sold used cars for many years. He was excellent at trouble shooting and completing the necessary repairs so the vehicle could be resold. I can’t recall ever having to bring a car back and if I did it was due to an unrelated issue that he took care of. He has done about six engine swaps for me one recently two months ago for a close friend. We even brought the vehicle over on the ferry to him. He doesn’t cut corners and does the job right. I wish him and his family great success,

Neel has serviced and repaired numerous vehicles for me over the past 20+ years. I used to buy and sell used vehicles and relied on Neel to trouble shoot problems and do the necessary repairs so they could be sold. Several times he has done complete engine or transmission swaps making the vehicle running like new again. He is thorough in his diagnosis and does not cut corners. His pricing is fair and he has come to the rescue more times than I can recall. We will miss him in the lower mainland and wish him well in Ladysmith.

My Tansmission died a block away from his garage. He took it out, sent it to get fixed, came back, put back in the truck,still not right, took it back and stayed with them until they fixed it. He put it in on a Sunday, his day off to have it ready for me to go to work. I'd go back to him any time.
