Had a check engine light come on in our 2025 350 and my husband has to go back to work in Elkford in a few days- Melody was the only store that made and effort to get us in .. plus it’s great to come in and see all the friendly faces greet us and smother our puppy with affection ❤️ keep up the good work service department!

My Mom in Kimberely had a problem with her non-Ford vehicle, and without a dealer nearby she went to Melody Ford for some help. The staff at Melody Ford did a great job in assisting her and getting her vehicle working properly, a big thanks to the Service Department and the Service Manager for getting to the bottom of it!
