Hi there. I talked to a lady named Jeanine or Geanine regarding a song I heard today around 2.30 pm or 2.40 pm and I was asking if they could give me the playlist or pull up footage around that time too give me the song name. I was asking a simple favour that isn’t too much too ask for and to me she seemed burned out and was very rude to me. She said too me are you okay you sound very unwell and sound like you’re falling asleep on the phone which I wasn’t and was insinuating I was on drugs or very sick. Which I wasn’t at all and putting me in a box. Which was highly inappropriate and uncalled for. She was judging me because of my voice and I was born with a different voice that sounds different. If was in her shoes I wouldn’t ever said that and I would actually do everything in my power too get the song for the costumer it’s not too much too ask for and I would get the video surveillance with the audio too track down that song. I will be reporting her too her head office and they can deal with her uncalled methods too help costumers which she didn’t she just wanted too insult me and make herself look good but she’s a bully. I am not afraid too write an review and put her on the spot if she loses her job not my problem but I have a voice and I won’t stay quiet. I find the winners staff and managers rude there. I would never work there. The people that work there aren’t helpful they are rude and honestly don’t give amazing service. Winners needs too hire better managers who actually help all costumers without judgment or make someone feel bad or hurt there feelings. I will be talking too there head office boss and make a complaint this Geanine manager can’t silence me. I wouldn’t ever work there or shop there after the service I got on my birthday. I hope this review helps people and if winners loses business not my problem or if they lose costumers after the horror story I went through still not my problem. I was a costumer instead I got treated like garbage and she told me yeah don’t call my staff about this which first of all you’re not my mother and you can’t tell me what too do. I will get the playlist from head office it’s the least they can do after my problem or pull up the video audio recording since they can do that. I give the winners store a big fat zero you guys need too do better and treat costumers with kindness and respect. Also Geanine I don’t need any help so keep you’re nasty untrue comments too yourself. I don’t do drugs at all and I sleep amazingly. I can’t help if I sound if I am sleepy which I am not. I absolutely don’t need medical help maybe you do. If I worked there I would help costumers and go the extra mile. I am so thankful I didn’t get hired there because I def would quit if I was treated that way from a manager and managers think they can treat costumers and employees like garbage which you can’t since they have the power and the platform too do so. I will be calling head office first thing in the morning. Don’t work for winners there the worst company ever after I was targeted by this woman who got some problems.

Do they have everything at every time? No. But they do have everything.... Sometimes :) can get high quality items for lower prices, but only sometimes have stock

Every time I've visited, I've been appalled by the state of their washrooms. They are consistently filthy, with overflowing trash bins, dirty floors, and unpleasant odors. It's clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not a priority, which significantly detracts from the overall shopping experience. Given the number of times I've encountered this issue, it's evident that this isn't an isolated incident but rather a persistent problem. I hope Winners addresses this serious concern promptly.
