Not in this store - why are they online - we don't carry everything that's on line again in a rude Condescending voice I can't believe at this time of year that staff in a store like this would be treating their clients or customers like that apparently, they don't like their job so Lost sale

Was there today Sat March 2/24. The lady working by herself (coworker sick) was totally amazing and what this world needs in people that help the public and work retail. Super busy when my Mom and I walked in and she was helping people find what they needed and working the till while being super professional and going above and beyond to assist everyone!!!

Nothing against the kelowna location itself , Feels like a large decline in quality of the denim. Grew up buying only warehouse one and had some previous pairs last nearly a decade. Bought 2 new pairs about 3 months ago, And both pairs are torn and split beyond repair. Idk whats changed but the material just doesnt hold like it used to. Wont be purchasing from this company for the foreseeable future.

I haven’t brought pants in years and the ones I did have from that store originally don’t fit anymore (they lasted me 10+ years). So needed new pair and the lady who helped me was super nice and beyond friendly and helpful. So happy!!!

Service or lack there of was terrible. No welcome, no conversation had at all, had to ask for a change room, no follow up, 2 girls up front at the counter we to busy talking to each other to even acknowledge us.

I have been shopping at Warehouse One for many years now and the staff is still amazing.I am 6 feet tall and have always had a problem finding jeans that fit the length of my legs. Well, Warehouse One has many styles and colors of jeans that actually fit me!!I went shopping on Saturday because I needed to buy myself some summer dresses, shorts and a new top. I was very pleased with the selection that was offered and had fun buying these things.I recommend Warehouse One to all of my friends and family and it is my "go to" store.Thank you for all of the years that you have catered to me being so tall!!
