Beautiful selection of crystals (raw, carved and tumbled) and so many delightful other items like snacks, jewelry, candles, etc. Everything is priced so reasonably I actually felt bad for how much I got and how cheap it was!! Will definitely be back!

Truly the best online shopping and overall friendliest customer experience!!I was recently visiting Lake Country BC, and came across this lovely hand/body lotion that is made by a local company (Oyama), but sadly I wasn’t able to find it while visiting.When I returned home, I was able to find the lotion online at True Art and was blown away by how accommodating they were in helping me have the products delivered!The items were very carefully packed and the personalized thank you note truly made my day! The next time I visit, I’ll be sure to drop by in person to pay them a visit! ?

Truly one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. I had told them that this gift was for my friend and I was in Alberta. I asked if they could add a note. They went above and beyond putting in a custom card and keeping me updated in the process of shipping etc. I hope to visit the shop in person the next time I’m in Kelowna

Great experience! I bought a ceramic mug here and it’s super cute, they also took the care to wrap it up very well. I got in a car accident 5 minutes later and it flew into my dashboard but it’s completely fine! Unfortunately can’t say the same about the car:(
