“Their unloading service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. They never unload on time, and you usually have to wait at least 4-5hours. They insist on punctual deliveries, but if you’re even slightly late, they refuse to unload. However, even if you arrive on time, they won’t let you leave quickly.

If you want to have a bad experience, go to trail appliances.
They don’t inspect what they sell. Brought it home twice to find out both were damaged. Dealing with them to get replacements was a joke. I did eventually get what I needed but I would never go back.

Very nice and friendly people. Deliver load here in semi few times take average time. Backup is easy but blindside. Truckers only go from Leathead Road for easy access. Washrooms available. Overnight parking isn’t available.

Never have I entered a building with such powerful men inside. Warehouse manager Don Sturdy emanates stability and security. His number 2 John has the most handsome beard in all the 7 kingdoms. You can't go wrong picking your appliance up from these guys!

We highly recommend buying all your appliances from this store. The staff is amazing, so knowledgeable. We just had our dryer delivered and the 3 guys were amazing! They deserve a raise!
