If you're considering giving this corporation any of your hard earned money, consider this before you do. I just learned how ruthless and inconsiderate they actually are. Details; a very close friend of mine and my wife's manages one of their stores. They decided to close that store recently, but instead of notifying her by phone, face to face or even email. They posted an ad selling off the fixtures which she inadvertently found online. She of course was devastated seeing this post. This a very hard working, single mom of a young child and right as the holiday season looms. My motive in placing this online is that the paying public is more informed.

Really helpful with getting my keys cut. Very quick but exact. The 2nd key cut was half price. The manager waited on me and was very nice.

We needed help with a last minute engraving, I called the shop and the helpful lady said to come down and she would help me right away. Once I arrived the representative helped me with wording and placement of the engraving which made for a perfect gift! The price was an incredible value , the service was beyond incredible! I would recommend this store and service to everyone for all your engraving needs!

As the worker is showing us engraving of a tiny Christmas holly for the ornament we picked out, she explains that it is $1.00 per character. Okay cool....no! As we were waiting, we realized she charged us $6.00 for something smaller than a dime! And it was supposed to be $1.00 as she quoted. And when we came back to question what she said about the pricing, she basically said there's a variety prices for things and oh well it's already done and handed it off. Our last visit to this place.
