IT feels like a "dying-mall" the only thing going for it it, is that it has a 2nd Pulp Fiction coffee shop, But toilets are locked & if you ask to use them ! the LAZY, smartphone addicted security guard/ who's prob. semi-retarded ! Rudely requests proof "that you have purchased something in the mall" NO wonder the shops are all struggling and it's pretty empty Fairley consistently, hope it closes and something better, replaces this spooky dyeing retail outlet something that is welcoming and has some life to it. great location great layout and structure but very poor "MALL"
if we could short & bet against MALL I would short this 1 :)

Great shopping and spot for coffee and snacks. Limited stores but what's there is of great quality. Top notch cigar shop and a few good clothing spots

I keep a post box here and can park for free for three hours when I visit. I think the shops would give the same. Beats endless searching for a downtown spot.

Have to share, as hearing this made me furious. My friend, who works in healthcare, was kicked out of this mall earlier today. On his lunch break, he sat down at a table to eat some of his packed lunch and was about to order a coffee from Pulp Fiction. There were many open tables. Within a minute of sitting down, a security guard approached him and told him to leave, that he couldn’t bring outside food into the mall. My friend explained he was about to order a coffee, but the guard told him no and to leave immediately. Absolutely unacceptable, if the businesses in this mall hope to attract any future customers. I read other recent reviews, and they share similar experience (such as forbidding guests to use the restrooms). I would understand if someone is not behaving with courtesy to other guests, but this is ridiculous.

This is a wonderful little mall that is filled with great shopping places. It is worth stopping in and seeing what there is to purchase.

I never had the chance to come down this way before and we were here beginning of December. Such a lovely mall, very clean and the staff were polite! Was definitely an enjoyable shopping experience.

If there was a centre to this city it would be The District. The shopping facility houses some posh boutique style shops and parking is great. The real beauty is when you get out of The District and get brave enough to walk the back alleys in the vicinity. Whether you need your laundry done, are shopping for antiques or need some spice in your life, check out House of the Caribbean and Lion & Reine Antiques while you are there. Tommy Gunns has a barber shop and it's a great time to grab a cigar from the tobacconist while in The District mall. The heart of Kelowna is where you are at. ?
