I would like to thank Derek J for all his help with my home service, I have been on the phone with Telus for hrs but when I came to the store he walked me through all the issues I was having. I can’t explain how happy I am to have all my issues resolved. Thank you Derek so much, you have made my experience with Telus much better.

Trevor J. was a pleasure to deal with. The entire process of getting my new iPhone 16 and setting up a Telus home security system was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Trevor has an in-depth knowledge of Telus products and services. He explained everything clearly, helping me make informed decisions along the way. Trevor made what could have been a complicated process feel easy and efficient. I’m thrilled with my new Apple device and our new security system. I really appreciate the service he provided. I highly recommend dealing with Trevor at the Telus Store at Orchard Park Mall.

I went Into the location to ask about the new iPhone. A man turned around and sounded very annoyed and told me the date they would be getting them in was. Sure hes probably annoyed with all of the people coming in asking but it’s actually his job not to be a loser. If you can’t handle the questions go hide in the back.
Not to mention the other man I first walked in looked timid and scared. Didn’t even want to talk but I asked him a question so he too begrudgingly answered. This location has been nothing but ignorant the last few times I’ve been in there. Try doing some customer service training for these guys.

Serious buyers remorse. I left Roger's wireless because of poor customer service. It was suggested that I go to Telus. The first rep that served us was amazing unfortunately that was were it ended. I went to the Orchard Park location because I wanted to be put in contact with Telus Customer Service as my phone had not arrived and the employee Brett was so rude. I wanted to cancel the plan right then and there instead he intimated me. When my phone arrived today we hurried over to Telus and who served us you betcha BRETT! He was so rude again, so here I am writing this review. I feel the excitement of a new phone and smart watch has been crapped on. If I could give the store manager one piece of advice, train your staff to not take out their employment frustration on the customers. If Telus Mobility is where you have hit your sealing Brett it is your responsibility to change it or accept it and not to take it out on the customer.

For TELUS in general.
When I was paying under contract my service was pretty good. Now that my service contract is over the internet is garbage. I contact support and they say they can help with it if signed another contract. I don’t want to be tied to another 2 year contract I just want the service I am paying for. Feels like a scam when you do this to your customers.
UODATE: I bit and chewed on the 2 week contract. Anything to cut costs. Yeah, they got me, but survival. I have to admit though, the customer service was smooth and the tech was great. So, updated stars to 4.

Kaleb S. helped us to set up a new mobile line and the deals were extraordinary. He was very efficient, great costumer service. Telus has been awesome, and I would definitely recommend this branch.

Made the process of getting a new phone HORRID and way more complex then it had to be. It’s easier to evade taxes then it is to renew my phone here. Got put on THREE separate waitlist to deal with the SAME issue so ended up waiting almost 2 hours and leaving with my current phone. I highly recommend going to any other Telus before coming to this one.

We ran into an issue with a Telus charge at our local Telus dealer and they were not helpful at all. We thought we would try coming to the corporate store and what a different experience we had! Suhk was beyond amazing and helpful, as well as his manager. If I could give Suhk, and this experience more stars I would!

Walked into this store, in slight distress with some issues I was having over the phone with Telus home. They advised I went in store to talk to a Telus representative in person. As soon as I walked into the store, Tyler promptly assisted me. Without going into too much detail Tyler assisted me through the whole process and spoke to Telus home via the phone on my behalf for most of our 1 - 1.5 hr ordeal - he pushed to get the information and changes I needed. I honestly think I wouldn't have been able to get what I needed sorted without him! So for that I am super grateful for! I WILL be back to purchase my boyfriends phone and any of my future phones from him!

I went into this location because it's a telus corprate store and not a telus dealer like every other location in Kelowna and West Kelowna. For anyone who doesn't know the difference, telus dealers can charge fees that thier company charges and not Telus. I use to work for a Telus dealer and did not want to pay any extra fees as I am more than able to set up my phone and I don't need a sales pitch. I usually order directly from Telus and it comes to my home but my 15 year old needed it asap as he broke his ?♀️.
I also had no idea the mall closed at 6pm and went in after work. I showed up just before closing and a gentlemen named Derek was more than willing to help me, once I realized that they were closing five min after I arrived, I apologized because I use to hate that. I explained why and what I was there for and that it should be a simple sign a new contract, give me a phone and I'll be on my way happy. Derek didn't rush even though I was ok if he did because they were technically closed now.
Best service at cell phone store in a long time.
Also to the post about buying a phone outright. Telus corporate stores and Telus directly are not able to sell phone outright. They can only do it if you are renewing a contract. Telus dealers such as the one by London drugs are dealers and they are thier own company. They buy thier phones from Telus are not actually Telus. Just an FYI.

Arrived at thestore at 10am thinking I could possibly get in quickly as they opened. Store didn't open til 10:25. They took names but paid no attention to who arrived first and actually served a lady who had just walked in before 2 people who were on the list. My issue was not resolved 50 minutes after I arrived. As I sat to write this review I received a call saying it was my turn on the waitlist! Wow!
