Wonderful. I went not knowing if they would be able to take out a couple of watch strap links. They not only did it immediately but didn’t charge me for the service. I saw a couple of pieces while we waited and I will be back to support this store for future purchases. Great!

Once again, I had a wonderful experience at this store. I needed some sentimental rings repaired and soldered together. I was called the very next day with an estimate, which I accepted, and was told it could take up to 2 weeks for the job to be done. I received a call 2 days later that the rings were ready. I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service and the compassion for the importance of these rings. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say I just had the best customer service ever from Sven Sandberg Jewellery in Kelowna mission.Had a watch I purchased from California and needed it sized.Phoned several other jewellery stores in Kelowna with all having the same answer. They can do it....but they have someone come once a week too pick up watchrs for sizing .So over a week basically .Well Sven Sandberg Jewellery , sized my watch on the spot and , didn't even charge me. Check them out. Really Goldsmiths are in house and very Knowledgeable.

I have been dealing with Sandberg Jewellery for 30 or more years and would not go anywhere else. They are professional, so friendly and helpful . Erik made my wedding ring and it is so beautiful, enjoy wearing it everyday. He has also custom made several other pieces which I love , Erik is a true artist. Our whole family shops there for the perfect gift or for personal wear. They have so many unique pieces and great prices . I have a ring made of tungsten and meteoric iron (not expensive but has a lot of sentimental value) that had begun to corrode. I took it to three jewelry shops closer to home to be cleaned, and none would even attempt it because it wasn't made of gold or silver. I took the ring to Sven Sandberg's and the jeweler cleaned and polished it right away, for a very reasonable price.
