Worst experience.. from trying to get into this tight spot to the $20 wash that left debris on windshield, not enough dry time before being dumped out onto street. Never again!!

Don't use this carwash,the debit/credit card readers don't work well,I had problems many times with my cards and they were new and work fine at other businesses,I only had problems here.I found that there are other carwashes that give you more time for the price at the self wash bays.The automatic carwash is useless,hardly any soap or wax.The prices have risen substantially and Dennis blames everything on inflation.He is always making excuses for the lack of service and high prices he charges for a very poor carwash.He is a very rude person and doesn't care at all about his customers.Other poor reviews from customers say it all.....There are better carwashes in town,that's for sure.Stay away from Sutherland,maybe Dennis should stick with Cooperator's Insurance instead of having a side business that he neglects so much.An absolutely useless business.....You don't even deserve 1 star,too bad we can give negative stars because this business is terrible!This review was to warn others of your poor customer service and very high prices compared to other carwashes,Dennis.You don't do anything to help customers with problems or issues when they arise.This is why you and your carwash were given such an extremely poor review.Maybe stop blaming inflation,reduce your prices to be competitive with other carwashes,use proper amounts of soap and waxes in the manual and automatic washes and allow sufficient time on the manual washes to allow people to properly clean their vehicles,rather than rip customers off with far less time on the clocks in the wash bays.Treat people the way they should be treated,Dennis.I will contact the BBB to report your business.

Out of towner skiing BW and SunPeaks who needed to quickly wash the car before returning it.
High pressure and easy to use debit feature.
Bays were spotless. Very impressive and worth a shout out.

I feel like I need to edit this review, the last several times I've been there there's no staff on site, despite what the posted hours say. 3 times now the drive through wash won't accept either credit or debit cards, and try to get out of there when it's busy and you can't pay for the doors to open! Yesterday I used the manual wash, which was fine, but the receipt swipe machine just said "transaction not found" every time I tried it, and I just noticed I was charged for a full 4 cycles even though I hit stop on the wash and the processing machine a couple minutes in.
For all these reasons, I'm going to find a new spot and recommend others do the same.

No matter who the staff member is, they're always friendly and helpful, I feel the owner runs a tight ship and seems to want to leave a good impression so I keep going back.

The automatic wash has very little soap in it for the high prices charged.My vehicle is never cleaned properly going through a full wash cycle.i tried talking to the manager but he didn't care and was extremely rude and uncaring.I will never return to this car wash in the future.Extremely poor customer service.Do not go to this car wash,wash your vehicle yourself or use other cheaper and much better managed and operated carwashes in town.

Likely the better self service station however, the last 2 times the machine charged my card 10 dollars instead of 2 to 3 dollars despite pushing stop. The tap reader states 2 odd dollars and my card was charged 10 each time. Hope this gets fixed.

Good place. 24hrs. No fuss. I I'm imploding one star because of the DIY wash bay selector dial. It's so loose that it's hard to tell which setting it's on, so a bit of time used up there. But my car's waxed and RainX-ed now so, there's that.Nbd

Close to home, do it yourself, if you pick your time correctly out in about 15 minutes. Curtious owner who can be contacted anytime.

Automated clean or self service. Prefer the Mission Super Wash but this location is very convenient.

The owner shut off the hot water months ago. You will wash your vehicle with ice cold water at this car wash.
