Hand-wash is better, and $12 for a basic wash feels a bit steep, but if yoire just trying to get the bird poop off it'll do.

I went through your car wash and when I drove out my wind shield was cracked.
I was calling the manager a few times leaving messages, and they never responded back.
Thanks to Kayla a very nice professional employee, helped me sort everything out.
She sets an excellent example to other employees. The five stars are for Kayla. Thank you very much Kayla.

I drove into the parking lot of the Springfield location in Kelowna. I got out of my car and approached a young man who was doing some landscape work, his name is Alex. I inquired if he thought the car wash would be able to get off a lot of bugs from my road trip. He said that so long as I bought a certain level of car wash, there would be bug remover and that I could ask the attendant to add extra. He was very pleasant. So I bought the $19.95 car wash and proceeded in. When I came out at least 50% of the bugs were still on the car so I walked into the store and spoke to Bailey. She said that bugs are tough to get off but she would give me a complementary car wash to go through again. As I approach the car wash, I see that she came through from the office to tell the attendant to let the bug spray sit for a couple minutes before sending me through. I was super impressed that she followed through to make sure I have the best chance of getting a good result. I came through again and still had quite a few bugs on the car. I went in to see Bailey again and she went above and beyond by coming out to my car and spraying bug remover on my car by hand and even onto a couple spots of sap that I had had for quite a while. She proceeded to work on some of the spots with the microfibre cloth and told me to let this sit while I clean my mats and vacuumed. She provided me another car wash code and let me go through again. I couldn’t be happier with the two employees I encountered that day. Way to go! Thank you.
By the way, I purchased a monthly pass for my husband who has a black vehicle and he is delighted every time he comes out of the wash. My car is light coloured so I don’t take it often because I wash it by hand, but it was a real treat to come that day.

The staff was super friendly but the wash didn’t clean my car. The staff sent me through again but it did the same and my car was not washed. I ended up going to a self service and finish cleaning my car

Excellent car wash. There was so much going on it was like driving underwater.
Free vacuums are cool but the mat washing machines are amazing.
Only complaint was the tire shine was a fail.

I went to Sonic Car Wash expecting just a clean car, but I left with the best surprise ever: frozen yogurt that could make angels weep! Seriously, I think I’ve discovered a hidden gem. Who knew a car wash could serve up froyo that good?
The staff were fantastic too. They treated my car like it was a celebrity at the Oscars – rolled out the red carpet and everything (well, maybe not literally, but you get the idea).
If you want your car to shine and your taste buds to dance, Sonic Car Wash is the place to be. I’ll be back – my car needs another bath, and I need more froyo!
