I visited Skogies on Highway 97 today for the first time. Laston and Abed really went out of their way to make sure my car was excellently cleaned, inside and out! Laston was very in tune to his staff, making sure they provided customers great service! This is my new go-to place for car cleaning! Highly recommended!

I went through the auto wash. There are 2 guys standing at the entrance. Great service is always turning the side windows in plus, a piece of painters tape do that the rear wiper blade doesn’t fly off. Come on folks! Do better!!
My side windows were turned out and thankfully the wiper blade didn’t fall off

On August 16 I went to this establishment for the car wash service, interior and exterior details, upon receiving my car two hours later I found it with two buttons to control broken windows, there was no manager, there was no one to do it responsible, they promised to call me three days later, nothing, that did not happen, I do not live in Kelowna, I live in Vancouver, and here I am still waiting for a solution to the damage to my vehicle that was also extremely dirty, do not come to this place !!! It is a terrible experience, the owner does not worry about anything, they do not answer emails, they do not answer calls, cost off this buttons was 600 CAN at Mercedes Benz

I was quoted 374.00 when I arrived I was told it would be 418.00 and I would have to prepay. There were hot chocolate stains that they didn't even try to get out. No, I would not recommend Skogies.

My car went in dirty and it came out much cleaner. Please pay the guys that Dry off my car so I don't have to search for tips all the time

I'd mark them 0/5 but it won't allow me. I went through their car wash on wednesday and the brushes broke my antenna, folded my license plate, and ripped off my driver side mirror... I get that accidents happen but upopn getting in contact with Chris Skoglund he told me they were not responsible for the damages to my car. I even had to go into the wash tunnel to retrieve my own mirror. Before i filed the report i swung around for an interior detail. The workers did a good job but my console screen doesnt work anymore, there was a nice puddle of water below the screen. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about how to get my car fixed up and all he had to say was the car wash won't give me a showroom quality look..... My car is white not black. I do not reccomend, the owners are absolute crooks that only care about money. The one is also a failed actor from hollywood and I knew about that before going through the car wash, so I guess that's on me.

Still a decent wash to get the winter grime off. But the car wash does not seem to be doing as good of a job as it used to.
