The store is just like any other Shell station. What really sets this location apart from the rest is the daytime manager Sham. He's always smiling, very helpful and nothing short of a delight to be around. I'll often spend an extra two minutes just chatting him up.
Keep up the great work and that friendly attitude Sham. 10/10 ?

Kezia has the best customer service skills and managed well under pressure. I had a big transaction for gift cards this afternoon and I waited close to an hour to complete my transaction. She had the best attitude despite her interactions with some rude customers.

worst cashier customer service interaction of my entire life - such a rude associate was some younger east indian girl.she first of all selected the wrong pump for my gas and i’m literally the only car there, i come in to correct her and she tells me ‘ oh just press it harder i know better than you it’s working ‘excuse me? you know better than me but you’re clearly wrong here and you selected the wrong pump. so rude as well overall like wow. she should be fired
