BAD SERVICE! This store is like a clown show. I can feel the prejudice! Some staff has an attitude towards customers, especially people of colour. One of my friends was completely ignored by a staff member who promised to come back and help her pick the right foundation for her tan skin. Then the white woman at the cashier refused to give us a bit bigger shopping bag because she said it was out of stock even though I saw plenty of them on the shelf, do they still want the business or not? Do they know that there are other makeup stores / online companies that offer lower prices and better customer service than Sephora?
We, customers, have to pay lots of money so please do not treat us like we are getting stuff for free!!!

I went to claim the birthday gift that you usually give out, but they told me that there were no gifts available, and that I had to make a purchase online and then request it. I left feeling very disappointed!!!

I saw my fav perfume was on half price sale but out of stock already so I walked into Sephora. But store price was not as same as online then I asked them if it possible to do price matching and obviously they said no.
Then I said I can order online for pick up and sales told me absolutely. So I was thinking order today online and pick up Tmr. But now I got order cancelled and showed out of stock!! I was like emmmm So dramatic! its available when i ordered that means you should know the priority. As a 7yrs ROUGE, I am truly disappointed.👎🏻

Always, in all Sefora stores, in other cities, when buying a product, they gave a small gift in the form of trial cosmetics. This is the first store where I did not receive anything as a gift when I bought a product for almost 60 dollars.

I came here yesterday with my wife there was a worker hannah working there she was so rude with my wife and do not know how to talk with the customers. I am not gonna visit this place again ever. Please tell your employees atleast how to talk with the customers and do not ignore them for no reason

They charged me 30$ for something I never bought when i just went to get concealer. I didn’t even notice the price of my purchases when i swiped my card. I’ve never even used a tatcha product in my life. I left the store with a single product in my hand. I didn’t even see the extra charge on the receipt until two months later as I packed it for a gift. No one has ever been able to help me or refund me.

Sephora is one of the famous brands when it comes to cosmetics, perfumes and other luxury stuff. They always carry good quality stuff and I have always been satisfied from the items I have bought from there. I would suggest they should increase the section for men as they also like to go to this store and buy perfumes and other things. The staff here is very kind, welcoming and helpful.

I had an amazing experience here and with an employee Mya, she helped me find absolutely everything I needed to and more, so first she helped me find a lip liner and she sharpened the pencil and sanitized it for me (the tester) and then she helped me also find blush and bronzer and also gave me advice on how to apply it and wear and how much, she helped me get the perfect shade and was so sweet and she deserves a raise! Lol she knew exactly what she was talking about and right before I left I had another question but she went on her break and I literally just wanted her personal advice so I wanted the 10-15 minutes for her break to be over just because she knew what she was talking about! I've never written a review before but she definitely deserved my time to write out this one!!!
