I wanted to RAVE about the cake decorator at this Save-On. They went above and beyond our expectations, and our daughter was truly amazed by the details of the cake! They even called us to confirm details! Thank you for being a part of making our daughter's day extra special!

We will go elsewhere from now on. Prices have become same if not more than Choices Market or Natures Fare. When did save on become so expensive??We understand inflation but the mark ups are insulting and so greedy at this stage. Hard not to notice all the seniors from the area clearly overwhelmed and struggling since there is no other close option for them.Their silly ‘sale’ prices if you buy more than 2 or 3 of an item are so shameless! Most seniors don’t need 2 of anything at one given time, it’s unaffordable already.Shame on you Save on Foods.

Will be moving all my prescriptions to a more knowledgeable pharmacy due to the lady pharmacists attitude and refusal to follow rules set out by morals and ethics set up by the BC College of Pharmacies. Compassion is an important part of medicine, if you aren't committed to listening and solving problems and you prefer yelling at clients going through panic attacks due to their attitudes then maybe you shouldn't be a pharmacist.

Better quality vs Walmart or superstore. Fruits and vegetables always fresh. Good quality of wine and clean grocery. Not to crowded and I like better.

I used to like this store because it has a local-food area. It is small though. I won't be going back there though as barely half of the staff at the Rutland location are wearing masks. Even Walmart has a better standard of service.

During this Covid pandemic, this is the only store I have found not conforming to helping customers social distancing. No direction arrows up an d down the aisles or around produce, bread or meat areas. No cleaning of carts. Have to do our own. Haven’t been in awhile because of this, but went yesterday because it was near where I had to make a pickup. Was very uncomfortable the whole time, having to pass close to people in the aisles. It wouldn’t take much for management to rectify this.
