I’m from out of town and love thrifting…well let me tell you Kelowna…you are very lucky to have this little gem of a shop! Amazing selection, deals and lovely customer service…I accidentally bought a wardrobe and now will need more luggage lol…but it was worth it and so much fun!! Look good, feel good…life is too short to not dress up!!

Hands down the BEST consignment store in Kelowna. Super clean and organized and you don't have to go to Vancouver to find the high fashion names we love , they're right here at Rosebuds. My personal shopping experiences with Lela , Kris and Yarrow have been excellent.Highly recommend.

Cool store but way too much stock. The clothing is good quality but it’s jammed so tightly together that you can hardly get an item off the rack to get a look at it! Friendly attentive staff

This used to be my favourite consignment store in Kelowna - never visited Kelowna with a little shopping therapy. The last few times I stopped in —— probably my last time was today. I was looking for a black or going out dress in size 14 or XL- spoke with the manager- she mentioned that they colour block their inventory- there was a minimum of 2 racks with black dresses - very full and most sizes are Ex-small, small and medium- one needed to look thru about 80 dresses and hope to find a size 14 - who has that much time to push and look for a tag with your size on it? Buy some size discs and sort by size. She showed me the oversize rack but not much there- store has become soooo crammed-Clothes are lovely if you have time and patience to push and seek on every rack -Not my fav consignment store anymore———

I'm Visiting from Another province, and my friend talked highly of this place. We get there at 425pm, after 10 minutes of looking around, we are informed that they close at 5 pm. I acknowledge the clerk, OK. No problem.Then at 450 I'm trying on a dress and i hear the clerk say, "if your planning on buying anything, please leave enough time for the transaction as we close at 5 pm".That was enough for me. Very Rude. Seriously, you don't leave on the dot, I've worked plenty of retail, i get it, you want to enjoy your evening.A women was entering as we left...it was 456pm ...I won't be back.

Rosebuds is such a great find! The clothes are highend and good quality. The new owner Lela and her staff were super helpful and unbelievably kind. If you are looking for every day clothes or something fancy for a special event, I highly recommend going here. This gal Ally that works there, helped me find the perfect dress and it got compliments all night. Go check out this store, you won't be disappointed

No star. Took boots & booties, 1- 3 years old never worn. Had a bad break in my foot, can no longer wear anything with a heel. They were 1-2 inches. Went back a week later to snoop. No sign of them. Thought they were sold or not put out yet. End of story…never saw them again, or any money.According to sales person… “No one buys size 6, If they were size 8 they would have sold.”Took more shoes and cloths to another store. $200.00 in one week

Was in the store today and I counted no less than 3 customers wearing their masks under their chin. No one corrected them. No public safety measures in that store. Sad.
