The service was excellent. The young lady was patient, and took her time to provide what we needed to us while there were many customers waiting as well. She also upsold extra products that we needed too. We were out of town visitors and were visiting from Mission B.C. She is a wonderful employee!

My Rogers cel phone was hacked and had an eSIM override my physical SIM card so my use of phone and text was not available. I drove to this location and explained to the customer service member (he was the only one there) he gave me a number to call. When I said my phone is hacked and doesn’t work, and we need to call them from the store. He said that was not possible. I was at a Rogers Phone Store, and he told me there was no way for me to call from the store. A bloody phone store/company! He wasn’t rude, I am just flabbergasted that calling Rogers from Roger’s was deemed impossible. I had to drive to my dad’s house to use his landline. Bad taste in my mouth with the company I have all mine and my families cel and home services with.

Rogers - Powick location - received excellent customer service from Shane this morning. He was kind and patient with my elderly client - encouraged him to stick with his current plan even though he could have easily tried to upsell him. His honesty and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Was in Powick store Monday when a super employee of the store was doing his best.
Store was busy when a customer was rude very demanding wanting special service. Employee was very professional at all times, handling situation as best he could
Definitely will return if I ever need anything in the future 👍🙏😊

so they say when you sign up for BCAA that you save 15 dollars on your phone bill. The card is called bcaa go and it has nothing to do with cars. bcaa is well known in bc for towing your car if you need it in a pinch. So this is pretty much a rogers scam by getting you to sign up for bcaa. So its a program called bcaa go and its a membership for 4 dollars a month so that people that dont have cards can get deals on certain things. they dont acually provide any services to you they just let you have 3 cents off shell gas per liter. The rogers employees totally mislead people into signing up for a service that provides no service. getting into no details about the service and just telling you that its for your car. So in short they charge you a 4 dollar a month service that you wont use that they hope you forget about so that they can just charge you 4 dollars a month for something that you wont use. so I will be applying a stop cancel to this membership so that they cant have anymore money. so in short dont sign up with rogers cause their crooks

I bought iphone 14+ (2 years ago) in 2022 with rogers from this place and i was supposed to get credits around 250 dollars as told by one of the employee but i never got any. I went their 3-4 times to discuss about it but they said me to wait every time and now they are saying that its too old now and they can’t access records or bills before January 2023. Something should be done by rogers regarding this…………..
