Don’t buy anything here if you aren’t a business! Bought roll out garbage can, unfortunately had to return it because of depth of cabinet. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I have returned it and still no refund. I’ve had to call so many times and it’s one thing after another. First they had to wait two weeks to send it back to Vancouver. Now they are taking their time issuing the refund and apparently I have to call once more to give them credit card number for refund. All very inconvenient.

Difficult shopping experience, the two guys behind the glass are very preoccupied with things other than walk in traffic. Customer service is super important hope these guys can figure it out.

I won’t shop there again. Have gone there twice and find 2 of the guys that work in the front end to be so rude, and of no help at all.
