The employees always seem miserable and inconvenienced by customers looking for service. I’ve never left a review for anywhere before but if you have other options use them. Do not bother calling either every time I’ve called I’ve been put on hold and forgotten about.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! It's the worst I have ever seen. They struggle with insurance claims, and I've had to visit three times since yesterday to have them correct their mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different pharmacy!

My favourite store, never a line up, has everything I need with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. I Buy M&M meat meals, bacon, eggs, milk, bread as well as all the normal drugs store merchandise. Find they always have sales so if your flexible with your shopping list you get very good deals. There is always parking close to the entrance, and you're in and out within minutes. The drive through pharmacy is just a bonus, like being able to stay in my truck if I'm sick and picking up meds. Love the place, surprised more don't go there.

Not happy with customer service I received today in desperation to refill a prescription. Very frustrating when it’s made difficult to get the medication you require in a timely fashion. Perhaps it’s time to find a new pharmacy?

Excellent customer service, great staff that care about you. Pharmacist once noticed a potential interaction between a prescribed medication from clinic and was able to discuss with doctor on revised medication. Been going to this pharmacy since it opened and the staff is top notch.

My aunts walker broke just as we were getting out of the car at this location. She is 82 and cannot walk without it. The pharmacist helped us get a new one and 2 young employees at the store Branden and Dawson were kind enough to put it together before we left the store ?. Above and beyond!

Worst pharmacy I have experienced. The main doctor, Sajad, forced us to pay for medication when we had insurance as, "entering the insurance could take too long and he's extremely busy". I have seen pharmacists add insurance in 30 seconds and there was no one in the store and 1 car in the drive through.As a different review said, give a different pharmacy your business.

Always helpful in the pharmacy. Very knowledgeable and they handle my fluctuating mental health very well. It is very much appreciated. Some days are particularly difficult on me, yet they seem to be able to see that and I appreciate it very much!

Sajad is still rude.I came a few years ago and left after rude treatment from Sajad.Recently I came back to see whether things had improved. They haven’t.The store is in a convenient location, but rudeness I don’t need.London Drugs is just around the corner.

I really can't say enough good things about this pharmacy at Rexall, Sajad and his staff are truly amazing, caring and go above and beyond for there customers! So many times they have blown me away with there compassion for people! Highly recommend the pharmacy at Rexall in West Kelowna!

Requested to be added to the covid vaccine in April 2021(First Shot). Received email notification, the whole nine yards. Today is July 1, 2021. I’m 56 years old with an auto immune condition. I have friends and family younger healthier than I that have already had there second shot. So I decided to call this horrible place today to ask why haven’t contacted and was told they were no longer offering the first shot. When I asked why was I not emailed or called to inform me of this “I was told they were too busy to inform those whom signed up and sitting on a waiting list”. So to recap, this place put me on a waiting list, emailed me to sit tight and wait. So I did but they cancelled the waiting list and didn’t inform me. I would not recommend them to anyone.
