When she switched from a different bank, I planned to stay at the previous bank for convenience but was immediately met with disappointment after being set up with the new employee. Jacky replies to my emails quickly, and offers thoughtful solutions via email. She has NEVER referred me to call the banking Center number. She has done my mortgage and corporation, set up investments and GICs where it made more sense, done regular portfolio analysis, and helped with financial planning... there’s nothing she can’t do. On top of that, she’s sweet, patient, and absolutely lovely to work with. I have endless confidence in her abilities and always trust her to find products that best suit my needs. “I visited the TD Bank on Ellis Street a week ago and was told I needed to call a number to resolve my request. After leaving and making the call, I was directed to another number, which ultimately instructed me to return to the branch.
When I returned, I had the pleasure of working with Dominic. I explained the situation to him, and he took it upon himself to do everything in his power to resolve my issue. He called multiple different lines and finally found a solution.
Dominic truly went above and beyond that day, spending a significant amount of time ensuring I was taken care of. TD should be extremely proud to have an employee who shows such a high level of care for his clients.
On a side note, while assisting me, he welcomed every single person who entered the branch. Talk about exceptional customer service!

“We had trouble consolidating 2 accounts after being told on the help-line that it couldn't be done, then given instructions in person from another branch on how to do it online at home. (The accounts had been consolidated before then suddenly the option disappeared!)We went to the Orchard Park branch where the teller, Maddie helped us. After about an hour of her working away at it and getting input from another couple of people the job was finally accomplished, just like it was before! Thank you Maddie!!”
