Quarks is a great place to shop for shoes! The store is very clean and organized. They have a lot of different options in brands and styles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Taylor took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for, gave me her opinion and brought out a lot of options for me to choose from. The store was busy, but she always remained focused and helpful towards everyone that came in. Loved my experience! Thank you!

Love this store and the footwear in it. I have difficulty finding footwear and I always manage to get high quality fitting shoes or boots from Quarks. The staff are great. Very friendly friendly, patient and helpful. Only problem is, I buy too many. But if the shoe fits, buy it.

I highly recommend this store. The staff are very nice and accomodating. Most esp. Chantelle, who helped me all through out my purchase. Even through my return & exchange. I never experience any bad treatment or hesitation from her. She's even assuring us that everything is ok. Best staff & service ever!

I will never set foot in this store again. I work in this mall also, this store has the rudest employees I’ve EVER encountered. And I have been working retail for 20 years.I went in to complain about an employees behaviour towards me and management did not care at all. You need to get some staff who can be polite to customers and other mall employees. Word of mouth goes a long way. Thanks.

I recently had a very positive shopping experience at Quarks in Kelowna. We walked in to ask directions to a children’s store and were treated so warmly that we each bought a pair of shoes. We told our friend in Vernon who made a special trip to the store and found what she had been trying to find for three years. Thank you very much and I will head straight back there when I need my next pair of shoes.

I ordered shoes for pickup at the store. When I called the store they were looking into it and never called back. Didn't seem overly helpful. I then called the main office in Calgary and he was able to determine my order was sent to store and then someone there sold the shoes I had paid for to someone else. Fortunately they still have some in stock but when I asked if they could ship to me instead as I don't trust this won't happen again and all they could do was cancel my current order and have me re-order and pay $10 to ship to me. You would think they would have shipped to me for free considering they messed this up and I am now having to wait even longer for shoes that I ordered August 10. Very disappointing

Poor customer service.I noticed staff picking who they want to help. It's really too bad because the shoes in this store are nice. My Mother was interested in a pair. Though with such poor customer service, we walked away.
