I have shopped online with Perrara now several times, as well as their sister store CJEX. The items are high-end and beautiful quality.I live in another province, but always return to browse their site because of their great selection and wonderfully helpful staff.I love the fact that the item I’m looking at online is actually in store, so when I request pictures of the item in person, they’re sent right away.Lisa the owner, has always answered all my questions and sent any images over that I’ve requested of the items. She’s very helpful and I love supporting a small business that goes out of their way to make me happy!Hopefully one day if I ever visit Kelowna, I can check out the store in-person.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Perrara Jewelry. My husband and I have been married for 26 years, and wanted to upgrade my center stone. Lisa was absolutely amazing and great at what she does. She was not only generous with her time, but she is incredibly knowledgeable and she genuinely cared about what I wanted and liked. She helped us find the perfect diamond, which still takes my breath away every time I look at it. Honestly, she made a potentially stressful purchase easy and enjoyable. When you arrive to Perrara, you are immediately greeted by a group of wonderful people who are super helpful, attentive, and have a true passion for what they do. The store is unbelievably gorgeous. The space has a contemporary modern vibe without feeling pretentious, and you are surrounded by crystal clear display cases with stunning pieces of jewelry sparkling at you from every direction. I love shopping here! They have designers that I can't get anywhere else in Kelowna (Tacori and Birks are my personal faves), and the jewelry pieces are always super clean and shiny. Perrara is my #1 go to jewelry store in town. Thank you to the Perrara team for always providing me with a fantastic shopping experience! :)

At Perrara, I found everything I needed, whether it was a lovely pair of earrings, a necklace, or the perfect engagement ring. The family-run business made me feel incredibly comfortable, and the staff's warmth was unmatched. Lisa, the owner, was an absolute sweetheart. The only thing missing was a couch because you'd want to sit and chat with their welcoming team. My fiancé ended up buying the most amazing ring there – it surpassed all expectations. Lisa truly understood my taste even without knowing me personally.
