We had a great experience at Paris Jewellers. Rina, the store manager, was so attentive and even took the time to look at some vintage items I had brought in. They had a great selection of jewellery and Rina explained all the different pieces for me. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything and in the end I walked away with the perfect items.

Very good service that made many accommodations to the jewelry we bought. The staff put a lot of effort in helping guide us through the process of selecting the ring and answering the many questions we had. We found the perfect ring that was made more perfect through the custom design options we were given. We were absolutely floored with the final result and are very happy with what we got!

Went into Paris jeweller's in orchard park not really knowing what to expect being a smaller jewelry store. Everything was laid out nice and the jewelry was nice and not overwhelming and rediculous like some places with to much going on. The lady with the European sounding accent helped me right away and wasn't pushy like some of the other places she had me cracking up laughing as well. We I spent my money there happily. Will definitely go back in the future.

Went into the kelowna orchard park mall for a brides maid gift. Not thinking jewelry at all, I ran into an old friend Rina who manages there. She is always so friendly and helpful over the years of knowing her. Once she heard why I was in the mall, she helped me pick a beautiful necklace for the bride to be. My friend will love it!
