December 18, 2023. Very busy day, dealt with long lines everywhere. Got here and the girl working at the till tonight decided to do some weird fainting act with her co worker that took about 3 minutes while I just stood there with my boyfriend not knowing what to do. Thanks for that, lady.

Asked a member of staff where I would find something, he condescendingly referred me to the Home Depot app of which "everyone has access to" If I wanted to use the app, then I would not have come into the store. This is an isolated incident with one employee, not a reflection of the entire store but as customer service goes...yelp does not give the option for zero stars
