Very diverse mall, with almost anything you can think of, electronics, books, electronic repairs, vinyl records, shoes, clothing, food and more. All the stores usually have a large collections of items for sale, some stuff is a bit overpriced, but it is mainly well priced.

Very large shopping mall with most major brand name stores and products. Large food court with fast food as well as ethnic varieties. Well laid out with directories at the junctions to help find the store you are looking for. Wide hallways with ramps for handicap people. Large parking lot surrounding the area but always not enough spots at Christmas time.

Highly recommend the Lucky Bamboo. Great gifts for all occasions. I've been buying from him since he had a place on the mall floor. My wife and kids smile's are priceless Christmas morning. Great service always.

Parents of children these days are so health conscious that it's really sad that the one day of the year children can have a little candy, you guys choose to hand fruit bars. Very very disappointing when majority of children eat healthy all year round. A box of chocolate is $20 at most. When we patronage your stores all year round. We come to the mall to keep kids safe and warm. Personally I'll dress them warmer next year and let them have the fun they should with having a little sugar rush.

Decent mall, I think it would be nice if they put benches outside of the mall as there is no place to sit anywhere and everyone ends up sitting on the curbs..It would also be amazing if they added more staple stores like H&M.

Great little well organized clean modern feeling mall. Could use a few more fashion stores like H&M, Zara, Banana Republic. Their Dollar Store is not so great. Dollarama down the street is better. Good selection of shoe stores and sport stores. Good central Food Court with decent selection of vendors. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Saturday Hours could be a bit longer (say 8pm close instead of 6).

Changed my review from 4 to 2 since they made getting into the family room with your Littles realy inconvenient. They expect you to walk all the way back to guest services with little, possibly angry, people in tow. What was wrong with the old system where you picked up the phone? This is a huge deal for parents with kids.

Would be nice if they extended their hours. Seeming how Kelowna is an expanding city and needs an expanding market. Or even a 2nd mall. Closing at 6 seems like something a small town would do.

I pick up students every day here and mostly stay in the parking lot bit today I decided to see the mall. It is layed out very good with the food count almost in the center so very easy access for anyone that needs a little break in between shopping. There is many stores that I would not shop in but for mom and dad with kids kinda perfect for them. All the school shopping one area instead of driving all over town to get t done.

Lots of parking for cars and bikes. Lots of great stores to choose from. Some of my favourites include, Urban Trails, Quarks, Old Navy, Shoppers Drug Mart and DQ. Lots of jewelry stores if you are into that. Great little food court. Plenty of clean washrooms.

Great place for all your shopping needs, and not just that, if you need to get your steps in, it's about 1km if you walk everywhere you can go. Very nice cafeteria with lots of good selections also.
