15 minutes outside this store......knocking, waiting, and watching the employee stock the cooler, ignoring(or oblivious), to a customer waiting to access a store that is open.....24 hours??!! ??.....good to see businesses such as these aren't hurting from the effects of a global pandemic. Keep up your steller customer service Chevron!! ?

Complete scam, I am enraged and will be calling the corporate of this On The Run. Says open 24hrs yet the doors are locked to our inconvenience. Payed for 100$ of gas only for it to not work and asks you to get the cashier for assistance and yet lone behold there is no cashier. Store is very much open yet the doors are locked but the only employee made the decision to look at us from the back fridge and walk away. Have been sitting for 1 hour now to get money back and enter store, still no employee. This is completely unacceptable and theft from store of my 100$. I demand to see a change when I visit next and I will be getting my 100$ back from this store/gas station. Thank you, oh wait for nothing…?
