Great Place to shop. I love the vibe this place gives off ! If you have not visted this lil shop do so now. There are a lot of stairs and tough for those with mobility issues. Other than that AWESOME place to find great gifts for the metaphysical people in your circle.

Did not have the best experience with them on my last visit, customer service does have a lot to be desired, have now lost both mine and my daughters custom, used to love this store but not anymore.

Erin is amazing! The store is delightful! The selection is awesome. If you don’t see what you want - I suggest a conversation with Erin!! She has a back room!! I have left there twice - more than happy by following her expert suggestions!!

was with a friend who wanted to check this place out today. kind of a hidden place. wasn't expecting to get anything. what a cool place to browse and stare at crystals, gemstones and cool rocks. you got to make a few rounds to see everything.an amazing smithsonite like i never seen before and a big citrine crystal really called out to me i had to get them. the lady there was awesome and very helpful. highly recommend

Muse & Moonstone is such a beautiful and unique shop. I love visiting Erin's store to shop for gifts as well as for my own home. The customer service is great and it is such an enjoyable shopping experience. 5 STARS for sure! If you are in Kelowna or passing through, make sure you stop in!

Today was my first visit to the store. As I slowly walked around I was amazed at the energy I felt. I was drawn to certain items as we all are. Upon talking to the owner she encouraged me to look up what these items might mean to me. My experience was amazing and I felt so welcomed. I encourage anyone who hasn't been to the store to go check it out. I will be going back!

Erin is amazing and knows her stuff! The shop is so welcoming and peaceful - it is my happy place. The quality and diversity of the crystals that Erin sources sets her aside from other sellers. I cannot recommend her enough.
