We liked the furniture and the selection. The staff was very helpful. The delivery drivers unpacked everything outside, removed their shoes when they came in and placed the furniture where we asked. They were also very helpful and friendly.

First time purchase and will absolutely be returning.We virtually spotted the perfect bed for us, (so really unsure what to expect!) We had to wait nearly 2 months for the order, and are extremely in love with how perfect it is! WORTH THE PATIENCE!The quality is great, the fabric is top notch & details on point! it's the most aesthetically pleasing bed. The ledge all around provides a small seat, or a 'step' for out dog and little one. PLUS the cover comes off for easy wash (just not the headboard which i wish did though)!?! - EXTRA WINNN! 100% recommend!S* our most kind person at the Langley location, was incredibly helpful, patient with all our Qs in person and over the phone, and was also extremely knowledgeable! Assisted us placing the order, advising all options of return/exchange if there was any delays, explained the bill itself in fees, allowed payment electronically, and assisted in prearranging delivery to kelowna warehouse and then to us with white glove service! HELLO PERFECTION!The delivery was 2 persons (males) who were extremely kind, quiet, clean, and super quick to unload and build the bedframe. They took time, washed hands to preserve the fabric, and explained how to take the cover off easily, how to put it on, and how to wash, AND if any questions to reach out.They cleaned up super quick, left nothing behind, and were truly a superior experience. WOW---11/10 THE BEST TEAM!! amazing service will be back again!!!**we already have had over a dozen friends reach out asking where we got it** it's beautiful!!*looks so good in all lighting conditions

Fantastic Furniture shop with an extensive selection, friendly and helpful staff, and great pricing. All furniture I've purchased has come in excellent condition all on time, and looks amazing in my space! Wouldn't hesitate to come here for all my future furniture needs!

Jenna at the Kelowna Store was more than efficient. I am one of these people that asks to look at every single fabric swatch and every single sectional design, and she just was a trooper with me on this. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, burnt orange sectional. This is the only store in Kelowna to get custom furniture!

I will start by saying we did have an issue with a custom sofa we ordered, but I definitely think this store and the people helping us are amazing! The mark of a good business is not how they are when everything is perfect, but how they work with a client when things are not perfect, and they have that going for them 100%!Again, there ended up being an issue with an aspect of the build and it was not discovered until we had the new sofa in our home. After contacting the store, they were incredibly quick to respond. They sent service people to our house and identified the issue, offered us multiple forms of resolution and made absolutely zero attempt to just try and get out of the situation as easy as possible which was appreciated! They let us take the time we needed to decide on which way we wanted to go and on our final decision they went over and above to make the process as easy as possible and made us feel like our business was not only valuable, but we left feeling appreciated.Do not hesitate to trust these folks with your furniture needs! They definitely have your back, and also as has been said multiple times in these reviews, all the employees were awesome, but Jenna is amazingly helpful when hunting down exactly what you are looking for!!

Great experience buying furniture at the Muse and Merchant. Kendall our sales rep was fantastic, very knowledgeable and definitely steered us in the right direction. We originally went there from a recommendation from a friend and now we will be the biggest advocates going forward.

My furniture delivery went smoothly, and they set it up and discarded the refuse, which was helpful as I'm still unpacking boxes. I thought Muse & Merchant was a great place to shop with a good selection of stylish furniture to choose from as well as affordable prices. I will do more shopping there in the future.
