Very friendly staff.
Easy to book an appointment.
Liked that they have ear piercing service for babies.
We got a numbing cream to apply to the ears before the appointment.
Also liked that two ladies did piercing at the same time, which made it quick.
We had a great experience for our 2 months old baby girl.

Just loved the attention to detail and as a first time client Ashlee really attended to my needs in ensuring that she understood my needs. I wanted a natural lash look, not too long and she did a fabulous job - I was very happy today. I also managed to have some waxing done and was also very happy. All the girls were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thanks Ashlee, I had a client of yours refer you to me, and I was lucky to be able to book in advance online.

Love the products, staff was a little aloof. I only needed one item. Three workers were having a conversation when I walked in. They were young. I am middle aged. They continued their conversation for a bit, then one said good morning, no smile. I said what I wanted. The rest of the transaction happened in silence. I said thank you. That was it. Their job is to sell, so they could at least act like they want my business.🙄

I got my ears pierced today! AMAZING place I 100% recommend. the people doing it for me were so nice to me. I will defently be going back! thank you so much Merle Norman! ❤️☺️ my sister also came before me here, she could not stop talking about it. I was so scared to do it though because I have got my ears pierced before but it was a bad place (Clairs) they didn't put numbing cream on and did they sooo of centred and got badly infected. thanks again 😊 (im coming back for another piercing ok my ears and might come for eyelash lifting and tinting)

It was so easy to book appointment for kids ear piercings and very friendly service by the Merle Norman's staff. Kids were happy and didn't even panic!!!

I have been getting eye lash extensions for years however my lash tech moved to AB so since then I’ve had to try lots of different places. I’m so happy I found this place. The lash tech was Megan I believe. She did an amazing job, pain free and she didn’t pull on my natural lashes. My eyes are very sensitive, I forget what method she used but my eyes weren’t red and dry afterwards when 9/10 times I can’t even wear my prescription contact lenses for 2-3 days afterwards! Highly recommend her.

I just started getting eyelash extensions with Ashlee, I love them the new system (UV light) is awesome. My eyes are not sensitive and they last so long.
