My sister and I were parked at my elderly Mom's apartment visiting and helping her as she lives alone, deals with multiple health issues and had recently broke her shoulder. We work 80+ hrs a week and can only go to Mom's once a week, in the late evening (sat or sun nights) to help prep food, do her dishes, laundry, garbage ect. One night we were at Mom's doing our weekly routine from about 10 pm-2 am. On our way out, we took her garbage out & noticed both my sister's and my truck were gone! We called Mario's and the dispatcher was sooo rude and condescending. He said "not my problem, you have to wait till Monday now" We were scared, crying, tired, stuck on pandosy with no way home & in disbelief this was happening. They claimed that because our visitor tags were outdated, our trucks were towed. Fair enough.... but every other vehicle parked there also had outdated tags, so that excuse is irrelevant. None of the other vehicles were towed. $350 each truck to get them out of compound. They also claim that Mario's patrols that apartment constantly.... I beg to differ. It's been a few months now, we've been emailing a useless guy back & forth, he stands by the reason they towed us. We still go to Mom's (with our updated tags we were waiting for from the building manager) every week and not once do I ever see a Mario's truck patrolling, and I also email the guy weekly pictures of multiple vehicles with outdated tags. Parked there for hours, and no one gets towed.... ever! I have new pictures every week that I send him. I won't back down as I don't think we deserved this and definitely can't afford to just give Mario's $350 out of our pockets each. This was a huge inconvenience, cost us $700 & we didn't get home till after 4 in the morning that night. Was a very traumatic night as we are only 5' and had junkies all around us. I will not leave Mario's alone until we get our $ back in full. I will be CC'ing the news and Castanet on my emails with the guy with all my proof and pictures as well if I don't get a response soon saying we will be refunded in full. In my pictures attached are just a few from the last few months (I have lots). The one picture with the 3 cars and my truck in a row... all 3 cars had outdated tags (same tags we had when we were towed)! My truck was the only vehicle that had a Mario's tag. This was just this past weekend. Ya.... we want our $ back thank you.

The best! Friendly, they don’t over charge and even helped me find a place to stay! By far the only place to get real help when you are in a bind! Thank you guys! They love cats too so you know they are good!

Moved 3 20ft Seacans from Beaverdell to Edgewood. Best price around . Their driver Danny is awesome, excellent customer service made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it.

Had an out of town breakdown, in the middle of nowhere, vehicle is undrivable and the radiator blew; no simple roadside patch to limp it anywhere, I needed a tow. I called and spoke with the dispatcher who was friendly, helpful and offered to locate a shop to get it looked at on a Saturday! The driver was quick to my location, had my truck loaded in 2 minutes flat and was the most helpful, concerned and professional tow operator I have ever interacted with in all my years of driving. The truck I rode in was an impressive brand new truck, and was very comfortable, and towed my truck with ease. We came upon a collision on the way back to town and my tow guy made sure things were going to be OK for those folks too! True professionalism.
They got me 100% looked after, and considering my predicament, and getting me back into town their pricing was realistic and fair.
Dave and his Christmas Rig are the best towing experience in the Okanagan. I hope I don't have another break down, but my first call will always be Mario's Towing in Kelowna! Thank you Dave!

Marios towing moved my car off the street into a parking lot and caused damage to the bottom of my car. The person who moved it obviously did not know how to handle my vehicle. I reached out to the company via phone and email and never received any acknowledgment. I would never trust this tow company with my vehicle.

Had the flat deck haul my t bird to it's new temporary home and I must say the driver knew his stuff. Very professional and put my car where I didn't think he would be able too. I have never had a problem anytime I have called Mario's. Great staff and great rates.

My car was brought to Mario’s after a collision 2 weeks ago and is a write-off with ICBC. I called in to find out what I needed to pick up a few items left in the vehicle. I spoke with Emily, who was super concise, helpful and polite. Today, I went in to empty the vehicle and met Emily in person. She’s a gem and I saw how patient, polite and respectful she was with other customers (even when that wasn’t reciprocated). I had a great experience and would give them a ring if I needed assistance in the future.

I payed the driver to drop my vehicle at my storage he then took it to their compound and now I have a 1200$ bill out of nowhere that they demand I pay before I can even get my personal property from my vehicle!!
This is called theft !?!

I hired Mario’s Towing to place a couple sea cans in my yard.
They winched them off the transport truck and got them through a tight spot with ease.
The driver was very skilled and was not done until they were lined up and square with each other.
He also showed up 5 min early - uncommonly good service!

Called to get a tow from predator ridge to kelowna. Was told eta an hour. Called 50 minutes later and said hey that's too close to vernon, we can't do it, call someone in vernon. If they'd been upfront about this I could have kept contacting companies. Also argued with me about how long ago I'd called when I had the call logs in front of me. Huge waste of time.

Quoted us $150 and then it was only $116!! I’m always happy to get a bill cheaper than expected:) James the driver super friendly and definitely goes the extra mile for costumers!!

We worked with James last weekend to deliver a really unique art installation/pop-up shop and his attention to detail and expertise was incredible. He kept our container safe, secure and precisely set it down where it was needed. We highly recommend James and will be looking forward to working with him again at Lomi.
Steven was great to work with in getting us booked in and answering all of our questions for this project.
