We had the best experience here, stopped by for some bridal makeup tips and the enthusiasm and pure knowledge that Sydney greeted us with really made our trip into town worth it. I found some fantastic products and figured out what was missing from my bridal look. After a bad experience at Sephora this really turned the day around and made me very excited for my wedding makeup. Great products, better staff, positive vibes.

Went in to buy some stuff for my daughter, staff was very friendly and helpful! The lady helping me gave me lots of great suggestions and answered all of my makeup questions. Will be back soon to shop for myself!

The store was a favourite for me over the years. But last week I went on Black Friday to buy a lipstick. The counter lady was so rude and arrogant that when I asked her for a specific shade she dismissed me saying she is busy in a transaction. I work in retail myself and was really appalled at her rudeness. Never buying from there again.

Is this place for trannies? mac cosmetics has some new and very questionable business practices. They were my favorite makeup but I can't buy their products anymore.

This girl at mac cosmetics in kelowna is very arrogant.I went up to the store just before black friday, looked like she was telling something to the other girl, and she came up to me after 5 mins of me standing there and asked are you going to buy something? That was really rude of her.I said I might.She still showed no interest. And there was not a single customer if they say they were completely busy to address another customer.I went up to buy myself a shade but the way she treated me, made me leave and I had to ask my friend to get me the shade when she’ll visit. Very bad customer service

I was recently at this store and had the pleasure to be assisted by Rieko. She was absolutely wonderful, and made sure to help me find the right foundation and a colour that worked for my skin tone. Amazing customer service! She was friendly, attentive and not at all "pushy". I will continue shopping at this location, because of her.

Most disrespectful horrible human beings I have ever had the misfortune of meeting, very passive aggressive. I came in wearing jeans and a tshirt and no makeup, was sick and just needed to stock up on things. No one even asked if I needed help and instead helped out a different girl with her little channel bag and ray bans. They care nothing for people unless they look like they have money!!! Then I had a very bad reaction to a mascara (turns out I'm not the only one that has. It's a chemical within it.) that came in a set. I almost lost my eye and my eye sight has gotten so bad I need surgery within the one eye. They said they would give me the full money back but I'm sorry, my sight is worth more than the money... I will be sueing the company.
