Great staff, very helpful. I have taken two of my beaded bracelets in for repair over the past 3 years and they were very helpful and fast to fix them. (Side Note: the bracelets needed repair due to getting caught on something.) 3 years i had all three bracelts and they are still going strong.

Exceptional service, always amazing going into their store! Fixed three of my stone bracelets free of charge which’s as unexpected and incredible! Will forever be going back here. Everyone is so nice and all the products are top quality, would highly recommend.
