luar is actually amazing and the staff is so lovely it makes coming from penticton worth it, they have done 9 out of 11 of my piercings and every experience has been exactly what you want from a piercer. Recommend them to everyone i know!

Amazing experience! I’ve wanted to do a triple helix flat project for years, and today I spontaneously booked myself in for the evening. There was only a single piercing time slot available, so I went in expecting to just start the project today. While choosing jewelry, I was explaining to Chloe what I was wanting to do overall, and in the end Adi was able to accommodate doing all three at the same time within my one appointment! Adi’s attention to detail is impeccable, and I walked away with a gorgeous set of piercings that I am in LOVE with!

I came with my friend to support her when she was getting her piercings, and I ended up getting 3 piercings! I was very happy about the customer service that we got and how friendly our piercer was. 10/10! Would definitely get another piercing here again! And more earrings!

I've been here several times, by myself and with friends, and the shop is always clean and the staff are excellent! Every piercer has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. 10/10 will return and highly recommend.

Went here about 2 years ago for my first ear piercing. Went well workers were super nice and the piercing wasn’t crooked or anything. My sister went back to get her second and it was again a good experience.

a little disappointed as i came from out of town to get new jewelry and was told to check this place out, when i arrived at 4:25 the open sign was off and no one was there.... which was super upsetting as its advertised "open till 6pm"... please update your hours... what a waste of my time and gas money for nothing. :/

I went in to get my lip pierced and Seairra was amazing, she check out the veins in my lips and said she wouldn’t recommend doing my lip as it could cause problems. So, I said maybe I’ll do my nipple, she check out both, but neither nipple came out far enough that the piercing would eventually push itself out. I ultimately (sadly) walk out without a piercing but I was very appreciative of Seairra’s honesty as many piercers will just do it regardless of if it will be good just because you want it.
When I decide on the next piercing I will go back. The front desk was also very helpful and kind too all questions.
Very calm and safe environment 10/10 would recommend
