We had the most amazing service while shopping for our couch. Jane was super sweet and so funny. We already had a couch in mind before walking in there. Jane took the time to know us and our needs. Her taking the time to do that made us realize that the couch we had in mind did not suit what we needed. She was very patient with us and we left with the most comfortable couch for such a good deal. They are renovating and are very conscious about their customer service we received an “inconvenience discount”.
It was a successful and pleasant day.

Furniture quality is less than impressive. Purchased a recliner less than 2 yesrs ago. First recliner I ordered custom (full leather) I rejected due to poorly aligned stitching and fabric buckling, etc. Manager agreed.
Ordered fabric instead as I didn't trust the quality. Again, fabric stretch is excessive leaving an air pocket of loose fabric when footrest extended. Clearly fabric has no elasticity unsuitable for recliner purpose.
Quality simply doesn't stand to their 'old' reputation considering the price tags. I compared to a floor model recliner purchased for my Mom 6 months prior with different fabric as well as my friend's 2 Palliser models that are well used 4 year old chairs. No doubt mine stands alone with his issue. Other 3 chairs do not have this stretched out buckled air pockets.
I requested a recover or return/refund.
I was informed from the manager it's supposed to be this way considering it's appearance when in standard seated position. I requested an onsite assessment. All communication via email.
Do yourself a favour, buy a Palliser.
Your response recommends not to grab excess fabric rather to flatten. This was done to demonstrate the extent of the stretch and no elasticity.

Because of the excellent service we received from Diane Haber (designer) and Cathy Hansen (salesperson), we spent a fortune in furniture and accessories at this store and are very pleased with all of our purchases. They are an incredible team, unmatched in Kelowna. Highly recommend.

We purchased a couch from La-Z-Boy in Kelowna. When they delivered it it wouldn’t fit through our standard size doorway. The manager was very rude and aggressive trying to intimidate us and blaming us for what was clearly an internal problem at their end. Then the manager openly admitted that it has been a problem with the newer couches although he wouldn’t admit to saying that when we complained to the BBB ( a complete waist of time) the short story is that La-Z-Boy charged our charge card $600.00 for the couch restocking fee. Maybe the commission sales team should be more educated on the delivery of the product and not so focused on the sale. It all stems from the top. It has been a very stressful situation and hard to take for 2 senoirs on a fix income. We have been a customer on La-Z-Boy in Kelowna for 32 years … They should recognize that.How could this be the fault of the customer !!!Because of the manager not handling the situation correctly we will never shop at that store again. He could have invited us back to the store and figured out a solution.

Layla was very attentive and helpful when I needed it. I visited many furniture stores that day and wanted to visit Lazyboy last since I knew if I couldn't find what I wanted there it did not exist. After lots of sitting and wandering around I found it. Lazyboy never disappoints.

I have dealt with Lazy Boy many times and have found that no matter how much I am prepared to spend, I am treated with respect and excellent service. Cathy and Dianne have been my “go-to” people. I highly recommend them and the product they sell!

I highly recommend Lazy Boy.My whole house from bedrooms , living room, dining room, family room is completely furnished with Lazy Boy furniture. My latest is custom bar stools for my new kitchen.The designer Dianne and sales associate Cathy are fantastic to work with.The wait time for the furniture is well worth the wait.10/10 to all the staff.Very friendly, approachable and not commission driven sales associates.Customer comes first.
