The morning guy, opener is is always super grumpy and never smiles, every time. Rest if the staff are insanely nice. Probably switching dispensary now, weed stores with bad vibes are so unnappealing.

Rude staff, limited selection on anything "different" from the other 100 dispensaries we have nearby. Its baffling how a place like this is still up and running with there so called professionalism and price hikes - head two blocks over and you'll find the exact same oz's for 10 to 15 bucks cheaper.
Vote with your wallet , get these overpriced places out of kelowna!

Update 2: I ordered from here when I had limited options one day. My delivery driver treated me like I stole her firstborn. Rude, cold, uncomfortable. Made me come find her.. then continued to refuse to come to the door. Weird behavior.
Update: Sadly, I am updating this review as I do not believe it accurately represents this business anymore. Service has gone downhill steadily since 2023. I visited the storefront or ordered online approximately every 3 weeks for the last 2.5 years. I'm not sure if its staff turnover or what, but I swear I gave them chance after chance and excuse after excuse. Shopping in store is nothing special anymore, and I was told that it would be easy to track my purchases through my account but that the staff were just too lazy to do it. I've also been made to feel uncomfortable by ordering online. There are multiple reasons I order online, and a big one is I have ability issues. They will not bring it to my door anymore, nor even call the door buzzer like I have politely asked for when they arrive. I don't see how this is any different to pizza delivery or parcel delivery persons. I have truly spent too much money here to continue to get mediocre service, and I have gone ahead and arranged delivery to my door from another cannabis company going forward.
I tried to call a week ago and ask to speak to someone to discuss these issues as I believe in talking directly to a business to give them a chance to do better but they have neglected to acknowledge the call or call me back.
Highly recommend this dispensary. Every time I have been in the employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is clean and has a great display compared to others in Kelowna. Thanks!

Never been to the store yet but I've been ordering from them for almost 2 years now. Absolutely terrific service! the team members are all super nice! Great value thanks to the free delivery for order of any size. They deserve more than the tips I gave them so I had to put in a review for them.

Timings should be updated as they’re not open till 11. Went at 10:55 pm and was denied sale saying they were already closed.
