Very limited knowledge, unwelcoming, was very inconvenienced in needing to count a part requested. Gave me an approximate amount at almost 4x more expensive then getting the part online. I definitely made a mistake coming here but I don't have the time in there narrow hours of operation to deal with them further.

Came in for a simple resistor ( Which are apparently hard to find in Kelowna) The man at the desk quickly helped me and had what I needed in stock. Pricing was correct, couldn't be a better place to get electronics parts.
