Amanda was amazing
How ever this girl name emerald started helping me and she’s being kind of weird and made me and my friend uncomfortable and when it came to the payment it took her like 20 minutes to give me my birthday discount and then when I left, I realized I didn’t even have my additional 2500 points. It sucks because I don’t live in Kelowna so I’m gonna have to see if they can even do that at a different store for me. I really hope that it’s not commission there because I’m gonna feel really bad that she stole Amanda’s sale

Staff there are great. Attractive looking, better book store with better selection then mosiac. Selection is alot better and more of it. Wifi and coffee. Seating. Staff arent fake annoying like mosiac. I dont like how mosiac has there bargain books faced flat. Chapters had more books but now theres alittle of everything.

Very warm and knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of books! I always feel really welcome and well taken care of, especially when I need a new recommendation. Staff picks throughout the store really help!

Bait-and-switch pricing. Reading the reviews, it seems like a common practice here. Item marked $17, but I was charged $20 (nearly 18% more).
