“Great staff, very helpful. I have taken two of my beaded bracelets in for repair over the past 3 years and they were very helpful and fast to fix them. (Side Note: the bracelets needed repair due to getting caught on something.) 3 years i had all three bracelts and they are still going strong.”

“We stopped by a souvenir shop in downtown Kelowna while traveling. There are numerous items like Kelowna-themed T-shirts, sweatshirts and gifts. It's a stylishly organized and fantastic store. Be sure to check it out during your trip”

“I’m not easily impressed. I feel the need to say that so you know I mean it when I say that going into this store was the best customer experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I have a toddler, who of course wanted to go in because the store is beautiful. I had the conversation we’ve all had.. “lots of breakables, please don’t touch”. You know the one.

When we went in we were promptly greeted (I wish I had gotten his name! I think he was a manager?) and he knew exactly what conversation we’d just had. He was amazing and had her hooked up with a little basket that she loved and showed her around a bit and somehow simultaneously made me feel at ease for bringing her in.

About half way through our browsing around, she adamantly decided that this was “the most magical store ever” and that she loved it so much. We bought some gemstones (she has a small collection) and some bath bombs (Little Things, your toy cricket sponge is already a smash hit.) that are unreal nice.

I could go on for days. The place is a gem if you want to find local gifts, decor, or even something for yourself. The experience left me in awe. Best customer service I’ve had in my life.”

“Talked with Cory and he was very informative and taught us so much about olive oil and balsamic. He is very knowledgeable with what he does. Very friendly. Highly recommend”

“I’ve never written a review for an airport shop before, but this shop was pretty cool. Unlike generic airport shops that all carry the same stuff with jacked up prices - actually they had a really nice selection of gifts and goods that actually represent the region. I was also kinda surprised at how reasonably priced it was. For example, I picked up these notebooks featuring local indigenous artists’ work for $13 each! That’s less than the typical $20 for a solid coloured notebook. Also picked up this kinda cool kids book with lush, beautiful drawings.Really beautiful items, thoughtfully crafted, that represent elements of the region. Whoever’s curating the stuff for this shop is doing a great job - kudos! There was even a micro gallery with pretty nice paintings by local artists. Didn’t expect that from an airport gift shop!”
