Well, it's a Fastenal. But it's an above average Fastenal and management seems genuinely interested in keeping staff engaged and helpful, which is why it gets 4 stars when, having nothing nice to say, I couldn't be bothered to rate the other locations we've had to deal with.

Read reviews of how they were unwilling to work with people and boy were they right. They won't allow a single person into the store for any reason. Showed up and a guy was needing a single bolt keep his commercial snow plow valance on, the lady wanted size, diameter and pitch of thread before helping him. I grabbed a single 7/16 bolt outa my truck and it worked. Told her he needs a 2" long and she was still unwilling to be helpful
