I purchased four pieces and every one worked perfectly in my new Condo. Sean picked the most amazing pieces of wood without even knowing "exactly" what I wanted. Carlee made every step of design so easy. The delivery and set-up could not have gone any better. I would recommend them to anybody looking for anything from the smallest table to the biggest kitchen.

My wife and I are moving up from the states, ran into difficulty bringing up our wonderful oak dining set and gave it to the kids. I was feeling a little depressed as I enjoy having dinner parties, so looked local. I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful table made from an elm from Lake Country with a smoky resin fill. Responses from friends have been "Stunning", "Beautiful", etc. I really like the custom base from a local welder. Very happy with the table and the service, looking forward to many years of dinner parties.

So disappointed! I hired Eternal Timber to produce a self edge table with an interesting resin feature, called a river. I did not receive that. I paid $5,549.00 for a table( 72"x42") that ended up with a 5 inch wide resin strip right down the center....that was it! I provided many photos to Shawn and Carlee of images that I wanted to have in my finished product. I DID NOT show them anything as boring and as uncreative as the piece they produced for me. No where in my contract does it state that there are no returns or adjustments to products. I have expressed my disappointment to Eternal Timber by email and phone calls, all were ignored until I finally received an email from Carlee, stating that if I sell my table they would provide delivery to the new home. Not once, have they offered to make any adjustments to my table to provide me with the finished product I paid for. I feel taken advantage of. The finished product lacks creativity, workmanship and truthfully, looks incredibly cheap. I have worked as an Interior Designer for many years and I have had custom pieces made for myself and my clients, I have never experienced anything like this. If this is the kind of customer service they provide when you are not satisfied with their product, you have to ask yourself, why would I want to use Eternal Timber? Lore Keller Kelowna

We had Eternal Timber build us two timber floating shelves. We couldn't be happier with the results. I was a little concerned about mounting them based on the weight of each shelf, however the mounting system they use allowed attachment to two studs which made for a very secure attachment! They aren't going anywhere!! Thanks again for providing us with such good service. Please pass our thanks along to your carpenter :-)

We had two custom tables made by Eternal Timber. - one coffee table and one accent wall table. Both look great and met all of our expectations on quality, cost (right on initial estimate) and timing. Shawn was great to work with and understood what we were looking for and translated that into outstanding one of a kind products.
