We've been going to Eco Water for years. The people and service keep us coming back for more. Brent and his boys go above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. They put a smile in our faces, every time. Eco Water is such a great place to be a patron, we just can't say enough.

Had EcowaterKelowna out yesterday to the farm to replace my triplex filters and install a new water softener. After just a couple of hours we now have water with no smell. Awesome.

Great service & price! I would recommend them. They came and installed an RO + re-mineralizer system at my office and I got them to plumb it into our coffee machine. Turns out the coffee machine requires a higher PSI than the RO gives so they came and disconnected that line the next day when our coffee machine wouldn’t work. I asked for them to charge me for the extra service call and they said no. That was very kind of them and I appreciate that.

Ecowater is a great company and they really care about their customers! They installed a reverse osmosis system in our house last year. We've actually had several issues with it, but every time Josh has promptly come out to fix it. He's super nice and professional, although we feel a bit bad about the number of times he's had come out. He was here again recently and hopefully we don't need to both him again any time soon! Very nice people and good company!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Brent really cares about providing a great service and making sure your water system is providing the best possible water for your family. His staff was amazing.. great work ethic, professionalism, and fair pricing. I don’t often review companies but the exceptional experience was worth noting. Great job!

Brent and his whole team are my go-to experts with everything water related! I used to live in Lake Country and he helped me with simple city water improvements in taste and hardness. Now that I'm in the Kootenays he's helped me greatly with my well water supply and water purification system! A Viqua UV treatment system and 3 filter system eliminated all sorts of health issues. Best prices and support! I travel 5.5hrs to get the care my family deserves.

Best folks to work with!!! We met Brent at the store and he very patiently understood our requirements and gave us the best solution. The water softener and the filters were installed in a very timely way and the after support has been nothing less than great!! Josh came in to check on the system twice. He even offered to help us install the RO machine which we had bought ourselves. They have always been prompt in communication and the water has been sparkling clean.. :)
